Description
Brass threaded pipe, pipe nipple, 2 male threads
Brass threaded pipe Pipe nipple 2-way external thread
The brass threaded pipe nipple is the longer version of a Brass double nipple. Due to the fact that it is made of a tube, the threaded pipe has no hexagon for holding a wrench and a parallel external thread. The brass threaded pipe is a WhitworthPipe thread and can be connected to any G or Rp BSP, as both variants are parallel threads.
The thread of the brass long nipple can thus be easily connected to the threads of other fittings, such as Stainless steel V4A AISI 316 fittings or PVC-U fittings .
Please note that the thread of the brass long nipple is not self-sealing. Like all BSP threads used in plumbing, they must be additionally sealed.
