Returns of goods are only accepted after prior consultation with our employees and within 30 days of the purchase date. The decision to accept a return of goods rests with us and is only communicated in writing by email. Returns of small quantities or small orders under EUR 30 net value of goods are generally not possible.
A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the return of goods. The goods must be in perfect condition (unsoiled, no damage to threads, signs of installation or use or damage caused by pliers or similar).
The return shipment must be free of charge.
A restocking fee of at least 20% of the value of the goods will be charged, but at least EUR 20 net per individual order. If the order was subsidized by us and sent free of charge, the actual shipping costs charged to us by the shipping service provider will be deducted.
Sections (hose and/or pipe), damaged materials, materials that have already been installed and are dirty, containers and deliveries or parts of deliveries in which it was explicitly stated in the order confirmation that no return is possible are excluded from return. Adhesives and cleaners are generally excluded from return. Articles that are similar in shape or variant but were not purchased from us are also excluded.
