IBC container tank connection 32mm side by side
IBC container tank connections
In some cases, your IBC containers require a different configuration, so our connection sets may not be fully usable. For this purpose, a material list is provided for each system so that DIY builders and expanders can easily find the individual elements.
In all cases, we generally recommend a fixed piping with PE pipe and PP clamp fittings, so you get a durable, UV-stable, fixed piping that
the start
The IBC container connection S60*6 x 32mm or 50mm
is the starting point for all DIY projects. The connector offers you a decisive advantage that no other system has: the following connection, whether straight, angled or T-shaped, can always be precisely aligned to the position you want AND you don't have to seal any thread!
the first connector - straight connection
For a straight connection to the IBC container connection, use a2-way clamp coupler 32mm or 50mm
the first connector - angle connection
For a 90° angle directly after the IBC container connection, use anDouble clamp 32mm or 50mm
the first connector - T-piece connection
For distribution to both sides directly after the IBC container connection, use a3-way clamp 32mm or 50mm
Connection extension to S100*8
Your IBC container has an enlarged S100*8 connection instead of an S60*6 connection – then use theS100*8 x S60*6
PE pipe - the pipe for IBC container tank connector construction
As a pipe, usePE-pipe in bars 32mm or 50mm
Use only PE pipe in bar form; you won't enjoy using pipe from a roll.
Use PE pipe and not PVC-U pipe. PE pipe is completely UV-stable and softer than PVC-U pipe, so the grip ring of the clamp connector has the necessary hold.
