PVC-U hose nozzles

PP polypropylene hose nozzles

Polypropylene (PP) is a softer, lighter plastic. This makes the PP polypropylene hose nozzle less durable up to max. PN 6 bar. Polypropylene plastic cannot be bonded, but is UV-stable and the temperature range of max. +60°C is approx. 15 degrees higher than comparable PVC-U hose nozzles with reduced values.

The range of variants is wider than with PVC-U hose nozzles. This is due to the possibility of injecting the raw material with fibre reinforcement. This results in a wide range of possible applications.

Hose nozzles made of POM | PA6

Hose nozzles made of POM | PA6 are characterised by high rigidity, low coefficients of friction, excellent dimensional stability and thermal stability. As an engineering plastic, POM is used in industry for precision parts in particular. The accurate moulding of these hose nozzles clearly demonstrates this. Hose nozzles made of POM have a UL94 flammability rating and can be used at a maximum working pressure of PN 10 bar from -40°C to +80°C (briefly up to +120°C).
