In addition to the high quality of the materials used by our partner supplier Bucchi, which gives the fittings their impressive stability and performance, BD FAST clamp fittings have another crucial difference compared to all conventional clamp fittings for flexible hoses: the internal guide sleeve.
Anyone who has experience in working with Poolflex adhesive hose and knowshow temperature differences in the usual range of 10°C to 30°C can affect the stability of the adhesive hose, will be impressed by the stability, performance and guide sleeve.
An adhesive hose at 0°C is as hard as a pipe – the same hose at 30°C is soft and flexible. The inner guide now comes into play, as the hose is pressed and held in the fitting between the guide sleeve and the clamping part. No need to constantly retighten the union nut due to thermal material changes – the hose is firmly seated. No influence of the clamping due to thermal changes.

Polypropylene compression fittings are the best choice. The maximum working pressure of 10 bar says more than the pure maximum pressure load. A fitting with a high quality rating and higher quality components is certainly a better alternative than a component that is geared to the minimum. If a compression fitting is dropped, there is no need to worry that the union nut will break immediately due to the thin design... The unique combination of an internal support sleeve with external clamping technology produces impressive performance in the tensile test without deforming the hose.
